The objective of this project was to modernize and automate the existing Munchmallow production line while ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations. A key focus throughout the process was to maintain the smooth continuity of production, so that consumers could continue enjoying their favourite treat without interruption.
In close partnership with Jaffa and up- and downstream partners, we successfully preserved the iconic quality and unique character of the classic Munchmallow. The result is a state-of-the-art production line that not only increases efficiency and reliability but also safeguards the heritage of one of Serbia’s most beloved confectionery products.
